The Pure South Discovery Series has been established by Alliance Group to expose New Zealand produce and its provenance to the world.

Our aims and intent are simple: to further the international awareness of the unique cuisine of New Zealand. At our inaugural event we have selected what is close to our heart - lamb, beef and venison.

The Discovery Series sees guest chefs from around the world experience first-hand the passion of our farmers, the provenance and terroir of New Zealand and the unique flavours and textures this creates in our products.
